You will influence decisions, develop operational plans, and manage risk to ensure high-quality service delivery across multiple initiatives in a dynamic financial services

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management experience in large organizations.
• 5+ years in PMO or equivalent project/operations leadership roles.
• Strong skills in building reporting, dashboards and executive updates.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate reporting of OKRs and executive updates to senior leadership.
• Support Head of Technology for Global Customer Platforms across initiatives.
• Elevate and integrate best practices in business management and processes.
• Drive modernization through engineering practices and governance.
• Promote innovation by coordinating forums and leveraging AI tools.
• Lead big rocks project management from start to finish for large programs.
• Translate broad objectives into actionable tactical plans across teams.
• Oversee day-to-day operations for the GCP tech org and maintain stakeholder relations.
• Interface with Product, Technology, Analytics and Finance decision-makers.
