Job summary

ServiceNow is hiring a Senior Technical Consultant to configure the Logik (Configure, Price, Quote) application for customer outcomes. You will be the functional and technical expert in engagements, leading workshops and delivering robust Logik solutions that align with ServiceNow standards.

You will oversee development work, advise customers on leveraging Logik capabilities, and provide feedback to product teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Experience leveraging AI to improve work processes or decision-making.
Experience implementing enterprise software, especially in front-office.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
Strong analytical skills to drive complex issues to resolution.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in customer engagements.

Responsibilities

Participate in customer workshops to assess current and future-state processes.
Design and deliver Logik solutions with a scalable technical architecture.
Provide oversight and unit testing of code developed by partners or customers.
Advise customers on leveraging Logik Application capabilities to improve business processes.
Provide product feedback based on customer experiences.
