ServiceNow is hiring a Senior Technical Consultant to configure the Logik (Configure, Price, Quote) application for customer outcomes. You will be the functional and technical expert in engagements, leading workshops and delivering robust Logik solutions that align with ServiceNow standards.

You will oversee development work, advise customers on leveraging Logik capabilities, and provide feedback to product teams to drive continuous improvement.

What you get to do in this role:

The Customer Outcomes SeniorTechnical Consultantis responsible configuring the Logik application (Configure, Price, Quote) based on leading practices to provide a solution that achieves customer outcomes. The Senior Technical Consultant is the functional and technical expert in customer engagements.

Participate in workshops with customers to assess current processes and establish future-state processes.
Design and deliver Logik solutions with a technical architecture designed for long-term success and following ServiceNow technical standards and leading practices.
Provide oversight and unit testing of code developed by partner or customer employees.
Advise customers on how to take advantage of the Logik Application capabilities to improve their business processes.
Provide feedback to product development to improve the product based on experiences gained with customers.

To be successful in this role you have:

Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
Experience implementing enterprise software, particularly in the front office.
Ability to travel up to 50%
Success driving complex issues through analysis and resolution
Experience working collaboratively

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $146,400 - $256,200, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
