You will lead requirements gathering, design, and validation while coordinating with product owners and technology teams. In this hybrid role, you will mentor a small development team, ensure regulatory alignment, and drive high-quality solutions that support customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years as a technical or functional analyst in a technology-driven environment.
• Experience leading a small development team.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, M365, Claude for requirements work.

Responsibilities

• Domain and Requirements Analysis.
• Collaborate with business teams and product owners to elicit, document and validate requirements.
• Ensure alignment with policies, compliance standards and regulatory needs.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and propose scalable solutions.
• Stakeholder leadership and delivery as liaison between business and tech teams.
• Manage scope, prioritise work and guide a small development team.
