Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience as a business or technical analyst.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create leadership level PowerPoint presentations to provide status updates and facilitate deliverables.
• Proven ability to gather, drive, and influence requirements for impact.
• Experience working with vendors and technical teams to develop plans, drive execution, and validate functionality.
• Technical proficiency to collaborate with developers and engineers to implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Enable and coordinate the development and implementation of technology solutions for Compliance, Operational Risk Management, Technology Risk, and Internal.
• Understand business and risk needs, gather, drive, and influence requirements for high impact.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
• Oversee integration of new technology with existing systems and processes.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure delivery.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure quality and functionality.
• Coordinate with business partners, IT teams, Architecture, and other departments to deliver solutions.
• Work with vendors and technical teams to develop plans, drive execution, and validate functionality.
• Research and recommend contemporary technology options to enhance risk management.
• Collaborate with vendor developers and engineers to design and implement capabilities.
• Learn and implement cloud-based and AI solutions as part of the strategy.
