Job summary

MetLife seeks a Sr.Technical Functional Analyst to bridge business analysis and AI-enabled modernization for CCM platforms such as Quadient Inspire. You will lead requirements, create CRD/FRD, and design templates, while championing AI tools to accelerate delivery.

This hybrid role collaborates with stakeholders, mentors juniors, supports UAT, ensures data flows from System of Record to CCM payloads, and upholds archiving standards and data-store guidelines.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical or Functional Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
• Hands-on experience with CCM platforms: Quadient Inspire.
• Proficiency in creating Requirement documents, data mapping sheets, and document template specifications.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, M365, Claude, or similar) to support requirements, documentation, or analysis tasks.
• Understanding of data flows from Systems of Record to downstream CCM payload structures.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and extraction.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and solution design for CCM platform initiatives.
• Champion AI-powered tools and methodologies to modernize requirements capture, validation, and delivery.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams.
• Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and walkthroughs; support UAT and testing.
• Mentor junior analysts and share best practices in domain knowledge and AI tooling.
