MetLife’s Global Technology team is seeking a Technical Functional Analyst to shape risk-focused tech capabilities. You will work with Risk IT, Architecture, and business partners to design, implement, and deliver cloud-based and AI-enabled solutions that improve risk visibility and operational resilience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a business or technical analyst.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create leadership level PowerPoint updates.
• Experience gathering and influencing requirements.
• Experience with vendors and technical teams to execute plans.
• Technical collaboration with developers and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Enable and coordinate tech solutions for Compliance, Operational Risk, Technology Risk and Internal.
• Understand risk needs to drive high-impact requirements.
• Create and maintain project documentation including plans and risk assessments.
• Oversee integration of new tech with existing systems.
• Manage timelines, budgets and resources for delivery.
• Develop and execute test plans for quality and functionality.
• Coordinate with partners, IT, Architecture and departments to deliver solutions.
• Work with vendors to plan, drive execution and validate functionality.
• Research and recommend modern tech options to enhance risk management.
• Collaborate with vendor developers to design and implement capabilities.
• Learn and implement cloud-based and AI solutions.
