You will collaborate with business peers, product owners, and IT teams to capture needs and produce CRD/FRD artifacts, data mappings, and templates.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical or Functional Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire CCM platform.
• Proficiency in creating requirement documents, data mapping sheets, and document template specifications.
• Experience using AI tools to support requirements, documentation, or analysis.
• Understanding data flows from Systems of Record to CCM payloads.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and extraction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary analyst for CCM platform initiatives across Quadient and xPression.
• Collaborate with business teams and product owners to elicit, document, and validate requirements.
• Develop and maintain CRD, FRD, mockups, and data mappings.
• Analyze upstream data sources and define transformation rules for document generation and distribution.
• Ensure compliance with archiving standards and MetLife data store requirements.
• Leverage AI tools and LLMs to accelerate requirements gathering, documentation, and gap analysis.
• Design and deploy AI agents to automate repetitive analysis tasks and improve delivery speed.
• Mentor junior analysts and share best practices in domain knowledge and AI tooling.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, design reviews, and UAT support.
