Job summary

Verathon in Bothell, WA seeks a Senior Talent Development Manager to design and continuously improve systems for onboarding, career development, performance management, and AI-driven upskilling. You’ll partner with HRBPs and business leaders to build a metric-driven ecosystem that strengthens capability, performance, engagement, and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant, progressive experience in talent development, learning & development, organizational development, or performance management.
• Experience with leadership development frameworks (Situational Leadership, Crucial Conversations).
• Experience owning or administering an LMS, including content strategy and reporting.
• Daily fluency with AI tools and applying AI in workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve New Hire Orientation and onboarding experience.
• Shape EVP and employer brand across the talent lifecycle.
• Lead the Engagement survey process and action planning.
• Own the LMS strategy, content, system administration, and adoption.
• Develop career tracks, competency models, and promotion standards (AI-augmented).
• Measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
