Job summary

Visier, Seattle-based, seeks a Talent Enablement & Org Transformation Director to translate strategy into enterprise-wide capability. You will architect talent frameworks, enable PBPs and leaders, and drive AI-enhanced, measurable outcomes across functions.

You will lead leadership development, succession, and internal mobility programs while partnering with HR and operations to realize value and sustain adoption in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership in Talent Management and Organizational Design in enterprise SaaS.
• Deep expertise in talent frameworks (competency modeling, career mobility, succession, performance).
• Experience as an internal consultant enabling Business Partners and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into a talent enablement roadmap.
• Design and deploy talent management strategies (skills inventories, assessments, career pathways).
• Upskill PBPs with enablement toolkits and diagnostic frameworks.
• Build leadership development tools and coaching frameworks for managers.
• Partner with HR and operations to integrate AI-first talent workflows.
