EY is seeking a senior technical leader to drive AI-forward development, design and deliver complex software solutions, and guide teams across development and architecture. You will translate business needs into scalable technical outcomes while advancing quality and velocity.
The role emphasizes hands-on coding, systems design, and coaching a team on best practices in data modeling, model deployment, and modern CI/CD tooling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, IT, mathematics or related field preferred.
- 10+ years of applied experience in software or platform engineering roles.
- Experience delivering software/platform engineering solutions and handling user requirements.
- Experience with AI/ML model deployment, NLP tasks, and data processing pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Solves complex and escalated aspects of a project, performing coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting throughout the development process.
- Provides advanced technical expertise to maximize efficiency, reliability and value from current solutions and emerging technologies.
- Develops strong working relationships with peers across Development & Engineering and Architecture teams to engineer leading solutions.
- Provides a leadership role for the work group to deliver the project.
