Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.

Responsibilities

• Break down requirements into tasks for agent-assisted delivery workflows.
• Lead software and agent development lifecycle activities across build, test, release, and validation.
• Collaborate with architecture, QA, product, UX, and docs teams for delivery consistency.
• Review agent-generated artifacts for quality and alignment with requirements.
• Design, configure, and support AI agent implementations for engineering use cases.
• Apply Agentic Development Lifecycle practices to improve delivery reliability.
• Support tool invocation patterns and MCP integration for multi-agent orchestration.
• Lead engineers in secure, scalable AI-assisted development practices.
• Stay current on AI agent development, deployment, orchestration, and governance.
