Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice in the United States is seeking a software engineering professional to design, implement, and govern AI agent-based solutions for software delivery. You will collaborate across architecture, engineering, QA, product, and documentation teams to ensure delivery quality.

The role focuses on agentic development lifecycle, task decomposition, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop reviews while enabling scalable, secure, and auditable AI-assisted

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Mathematics, or a technical field.
• 4+ years of experience in software engineering or SDLC delivery roles.
• 1+ years reviewing code, tests, or technical deliverables for quality and alignment to requirements.
• 1+ years in Agile delivery environments and sprint execution.
• 1+ years using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
• 1+ years of prompt engineering, structured prompting, or similar patterns.
• 1+ years designing/implementing AI agents for software delivery use cases.
• 1+ years applying Agentic Development Lifecycle concepts including human-in-the-loop.
• Ability to travel 0-50%.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Break down requirements into structured tasks for agent-assisted workflows.
• Execute and assign software development activities across build, test, release, and validation.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, QA, product, UX, and docs teams to ensure delivery quality.
• Review agent-generated artifacts for quality and alignment to requirements.
• Design, configure, and support AI agent implementations for software engineering use cases.
• Apply Agentic Development Lifecycle practices to improve delivery reliability.
• Support MCP integration and multi-agent orchestration across roles.
• Lead engineers in secure, scalable AI-assisted development practices.
• Stay current on best practices and evolving AI agent frameworks.
