Job summary

Deloitte’s GPS practice seeks an experienced engineer to lead AI-assisted software delivery, design agent implementations, and govern agent outputs. Applicants should have hands-on experience with AI tools and Agile delivery, and be able to travel up to 50% to serve clients across sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Mathematics, or a technical field.
• 4+ years of experience in software engineering or SDLC delivery roles.
• 1+ years of experience reviewing code, tests, or technical deliverables for quality and alignment to requirements.
• 1+ years of experience with Agile delivery environments and sprint execution.

Responsibilities

• Break down business and technical requirements into structured tasks for agent-assisted delivery workflows.
• Execute and manage software development and agent development lifecycle activities across build, test, release, and validation.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, QA, product, UX, and docs teams for delivery consistency.
• Review agent-generated requirements, code, tests, and docs for quality and alignment to requirements.
• Design, configure, and support AI agent implementations for software engineering use cases.
• Apply Agentic Development Lifecycle practices including task decomposition and human-in-the-loop review.
• Support MCP integration, tool invocation, and multi-agent orchestration patterns across tasks.
• Lead engineers in secure, reliable AI-assisted development practices and governance of outputs.
• Stay current on best practices and evolving AI agent frameworks and governance.
