Qualifications

4+ years delivering AI/ML solutions, with at least 1 year on Generative AI or multi-agent systems
2+ years building AI/ML solutions using Python
1+ year developing agentic AI systems including orchestration and tool integration
1+ years leading AI projects and translating business problems into AI solutions
Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering/Data Science/AI or related field
Ability to travel up to 50% on average
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Experience with cloud providers AWS/GCP/Azure corresponding to agentic solutions

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients, stakeholders and sponsors
Deliver components of client engagements designing and implementing AI and business solutions
Lead small teams to define requirements, design, prototyping, testing, and training
Plan project scope and resource allocation for tasks and deliverables
Monitor progress, identify variances, and implement corrective actions
Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs per the change management plan
Identify risks and develop mitigation actions
Maintain clear communication with key stakeholders and decision makers
