Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Associate Manager to lead the delivery of agentic AI applications. The role requires deep hands-on experience with autonomous agent frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, advanced retrieval architectures, and enterprise-grade integration.

You will guide engineers, set delivery standards, and own output quality across high-visibility client engagements within Accenture’s Data & AI practice.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building production-grade LLM-based applications.
• 2+ years designing and deploying agentic AI systems in production.
• Experience with at least one agent orchestration framework and harness configuration.

Responsibilities

• Architect production-grade autonomous AI systems and agents that plan, reason, and invoke tools.
• Design multi-agent orchestration topologies (supervisor/worker, event-driven graphs).
• Configure LLM gateway and model routing to be provider-agnostic.
• Design MCP servers exposing enterprise systems as agent-accessible tools.
• Implement memory architectures and context management for long-running tasks.
• Lead delivery in agile environments with stakeholder visibility.
• Own technical design decisions and conduct code reviews across full stack.
• Build agent testing suites and observability dashboards for production systems.
