Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Lead Architect with Anthropic experience to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI applications and platforms. You will select technologies, ensure scalable, secure solutions, and guide teams across cloud-native deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Ideal candidates will have extensive hands-on AI/ML production experience, familiarity with Claude models and agentic workflows, and the ability to lead cross-functional workstreams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as Solution or Application Architect focused on application development.
• 8+ years in Java, .NET or Python.
• Hyperscaler architect certifications (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• 6+ years delivering production AI/ML solutions incl. 1 year Generative/Agentic AI.
• 3+ years developing AI/ML apps in Python, Java or .NET.
• 1+ year designing production agentic workflows with orchestration, tools & guardrails.
• 1 year using Claude Agent SDK for agent orchestration & integrations.
• 1 year deploying Anthropic Claude models in production.
• 1+ year leading project workstreams translating business problems to AI outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel ~50% of the time.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and fine-tune LLMs and AI/ML models in enterprise apps for production quality.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to align AI with governance and standards.
• Design and deploy cloud-native apps on AWS, Azure, or GCP using containers and serverless.
• Ensure security of AI/ML systems addressing data privacy, model poisoning, and adversarial risks.
• Apply agentic design patterns to build resilient software systems.
• Lead projects or workstreams and mentor teammates.
