Job summary

Delan Associates, Inc. seeks a senior Enterprise/AI Architect with hands-on experience in Agentic AI and Generative AI for CRM and BPM contexts. You will design across the SDLC, build autonomous AI agents, and integrate AI with CI/CD and QA tooling.

The role emphasizes deep GCP expertise (Vertex AI, BigQuery) and leadership to guide engineering teams while ensuring governance, security, and scalable AI patterns.

Qualifications

• Expert AI architect with hands-on AI/ML and agentic AI experience.
• 2+ years in AI/ML, including 1+ year Generative AI.
• Experience designing AI agents, autonomous workflows, or multi-agent systems.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, tool calls, and agent orchestration.
• GCP AI/ML ecosystem expertise (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Functions).
• CRM and BPM domain experience (3+ years).
• Testing lifecycle knowledge with QA automation tools (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit).
• Experience deploying agents with orchestration platforms (Google AgentSpace).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design Agentic AI solutions for CRM and BPM across the SDLC.
• Lead development of autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning and task execution.
• Build AI/ML pipelines using GCP tools and Vertex AI.
• Integrate AI agents with CI/CD, test management, and developer tools.
• Deploy and orchestrate agents using Google AgentSpace or similar.
• Design multi-agent workflows and patterns for communication, scalability, monitoring.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product Engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Establish AI safety, governance, interpretability, observability, and security standards.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and provide architecture guidance.
