Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Staff SDET to own quality architecture and lead how AI is applied across testing and release pipelines. You will build frameworks, platforms, and agent-driven workflows used by multiple engineering teams to ensure a safe-to-ship product.

The role demands hands-on leadership, a deep background in test automation across web, mobile, and API, and a track record of mentoring senior engineers while driving reliability and scalable testing practices.

Formación

• 10+ years of hands-on quality engineering or SDET work with leadership experience.
• Experience architecting automation platforms and test infrastructure at scale.
• Proven ability to define quality strategy across multiple teams.
• Hands-on AI in testing: generation, triage, self-healing, and evaluation.
• Strong CI/CD integration and governance for quality gates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with leadership teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own quality architecture and long-term strategy across critical systems.
• Design shared quality platforms, automation frameworks, and test infra adopted by teams.
• Set scaleable quality patterns and guardrails to reduce brittle testing.
• Lead AI-driven testing strategy and evaluation of AI tooling for testing.
• Define CI/CD quality gates and orchestrate AI agents in release pipelines.
• Mentor senior SDETs and other quality engineers; drive talent development.
