Job summary

EY is seeking a Digital and AI Procurement Senior Manager / Solution Architect to lead Source-to-Pay technology solutions on ZIP and GEP platforms. You will shape strategy, architecture and delivery across global programs, translating business needs into practical roadmaps and outcomes.

You will manage pursuits, guide executive stakeholders and coach teams while ensuring value realization, governance and risk management across regions and providers.

Qualifications

• Deep functional and technical knowledge of S2P processes, operating models, data, integrations, controls and technology architecture.
• Knowledge of ZIP and/or GEP platform capabilities, configuration concepts, integration patterns and AI-enabled functionality.
• 2–3 full implementation cycles in a senior program lead or solution architect role on ZIP/GEP programs.
• Experience architecting and delivering complex global procurement transformations across functions, regions and enterprise systems.
• Experience leading sales pursuits, including solution strategies, estimates, roadmaps, proposals and client workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuits, own solution architecture and direct delivery of complex AI-enabled procurement programs.
• Translate client priorities into transformation vision, target architecture and roadmap.
• Serve as lead Solution Architect for ZIP and/or GEP transformations across the S2P lifecycle.
• Lead current-state and future-state design across intake, supplier onboarding, sourcing, contracting, risk, purchasing and analytics.
• Define the solution blueprint including configuration, data migration, reporting and controls.
• Evaluate AI capabilities to improve UX, decision-making, automation and insights.
• Facilitate architecture governance and manage trade-offs to avoid unnecessary customization.
• Lead mobilization, design, build, testing, deployment and value realization.
• Maintain accountability for scope, quality, client experience and commercial performance.
