EY is seeking a Digital and AI Procurement Senior Manager / Solution Architect to lead Source-to-Pay technology programs, including ZIP and GEP. You will align procurement strategy with IT, shape architecture roadmaps and drive value realization across global programs.

The role requires leadership, deep ZIP/GEP knowledge and the ability to work on-site or with client teams up to 50% of the time. You will mentor architects and consultants, shape governance, and partner with executives to deliver

Formación

• Deep functional and technical knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes and technology architecture.
• Deep knowledge of ZIP and/or GEP, including AI-enabled functionality.
• At least 2–3 full implementation cycles in a senior program lead or solution architect role on ZIP and/or GEP.
• Experience delivering complex global procurement transformations across multiple functions and regions.
• Experience leading sales pursuits with solution strategies, estimates, roadmaps and client workshops.
• Ability to work in person at an EY office and/or client location up to 50% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pursuits, own solution architecture and direct delivery of AI-enabled procurement programs.
• Translate client priorities into transformation vision, target architecture and roadmap.
• Serve as lead Solution Architect for ZIP and/or GEP transformations across the S2P lifecycle.
• Lead current-state and future-state design across intake, onboarding, sourcing, contracting and analytics.
• Define the solution blueprint including data migration, reporting and controls.
• Evaluate AI capabilities to improve UX, decision-making and automation.
• Facilitate architecture governance and manage trade-offs.
• Lead mobilization, design, build, testing, deployment and value realization.
• Maintain accountability for scope, quality and commercial performance across regions.
• Lead, coach and develop teams and contribute to sales and account growth.
