Job summary

EY is seeking a Digital and AI Procurement Senior Manager / Solution Architect to lead Source-to-Pay technology programs using ZIP and GEP. You will shape architecture, define roadmaps, and guide global deployment from pursuit to value realization.

You will coordinate procurement strategy with IT, manage stakeholder communications, and grow the practice by developing teams while ensuring delivery excellence across regions and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes, operating models and technology architecture.
• Experience with ZIP and/or GEP platforms and AI-enabled functionality.
• 2–3 full implementation cycles in a senior program lead or solution architect role on ZIP/GEP programs.
• Experience delivering complex global procurement transformations across regions and enterprise systems.
• Experience leading sales pursuits, including solution strategies, roadmaps and client workshops.
• Experience communicating with Procurement and IT stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuits, solution strategy and executive presentations for complex digital procurement programs.
• Translate client priorities into target architecture, value case and roadmap.
• Serve as lead Solution Architect for ZIP and/or GEP implementations across the S2P lifecycle.
• Oversee intake, sourcing, contracting, invoicing and analytics in future-state designs.
• Define configuration, data migration, reporting and release strategy.
• Govern architecture decisions and manage design trade-offs across vendors and platforms.
• Mobilize programs through design, build, testing, deployment and value realization.
• Maintain accountability for scope, quality and client experience across regions and providers.
• Lead, coach and develop managers, architects, consultants and specialists.
