EY is seeking a Digital and AI Procurement Senior Manager / Solution Architect to lead Source-to-Pay technology solutions on ZIP and GEP platforms. You will shape strategy, design target architectures and roadmap complex, AI-enabled procurement transformations for clients worldwide.

Formación

• Deep knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes, operating models, data, integrations, controls and technology architecture.
• Knowledge of ZIP and/or GEP and their AI-enabled capabilities.
• At least 2-3 full implementation cycles in a senior program lead or solution architect role on ZIP/GEP programs.
• Experience delivering complex global procurement transformations across regions and enterprise systems.
• Experience leading sales pursuits, including strategy, estimates, roadmaps, proposals, and client workshops.
• Experience communicating with Procurement and IT stakeholders at C-suite levels.
• Proven people leadership and delivery accountability across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in person at EY office and/or client location up to 50% of the time.
• Candidates legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pursuits, own solution architecture and direct delivery of AI-enabled procurement programs.
• Translate client priorities into transformation visions, target architecture and roadmaps.
• Serve as lead Solution Architect for ZIP and/or GEP transformations across the S2P lifecycle.
• Lead assessments and future-state design across intake, onboarding, sourcing, contracting, and analytics.
• Define configuration, integrations, data migration, reporting and release strategies.
• Evaluate AI capabilities to improve user experience, decision-making and controls.
• Facilitate architecture governance and manage trade-offs to prevent excessive customization.
• Guide programs through mobilization, design, build, testing, deployment and value realization.
• Maintain accountability for scope, quality and commercial performance across regions and vendors.
• Lead, coach and develop teams, contributing to sales growth and account expansion.
