Job summary

EY is seeking a Digital and AI Procurement Senior Manager / Solution Architect to lead Source-to-Pay technology solutions across ZIP and GEP platforms. You will articulate transformation visions, define target architectures and roadmaps, and manage global programs from pursuit through deployment and value realization.

The role requires deep ZIP/GEP know-how, executive-level communication, and hands-on leadership of architects, consultants and specialists.

Qualifications

• Deep functional and technical knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes and technology architecture.
• Experience with ZIP and/or GEP platforms and AI-enabled functionality.
• Multiple full implementation cycles in senior program lead or solution architect roles on ZIP and/or GEP programs.
• Experience delivering complex global procurement transformations across regions and enterprise systems.
• Experience leading sales pursuits, including roadmaps, proposals and workshops.
• Strong communication with Procurement and IT stakeholders, including C-suite sponsors.
• Proven leadership, coaching and accountability for delivery and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualification, discovery, strategy, estimation and executive presentations for complex digital procurement programs.
• Translate priorities into transformation vision, target architecture, value case and roadmap.
• Serve as lead Solution Architect for ZIP and/or GEP transformations across the S2P lifecycle.
• Lead current-state and future-state design across intake, onboarding, sourcing, contracting, risk, purchasing, invoicing, analytics.
• Define solution blueprint including data migration, reporting, controls and release strategy.
• Evaluate AI capabilities to enhance user experience, automation and controls.
• Facilitate design authority and governance, manage trade-offs and avoid unnecessary customization.
• Lead mobilization, design, build, testing, deployment and value realization with governance and risk management.
• Maintain accountability for scope, quality, client experience and commercial performance across regions.
• Lead, coach and develop teams and contribute to sales and pipeline growth.
