Job summary

EY is seeking a Digital and AI Procurement Senior Manager / Solution Architect to lead global Source-to-Pay technology programs using ZIP and GEP. You will shape architecture, drive delivery, and partner with Procurement and IT executives to realize business value.

You will own solution strategy, design, and governance across multi-region engagements, guiding teams and pursuing continuous improvement in AI-enabled procurement capabilities.

Qualifications

• Deep functional and technical knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes, operating models, data, integrations, controls and technology architecture.
• Deep knowledge of ZIP and/or GEP, including platform capabilities, configuration concepts, integration patterns and AI-enabled functionality.
• At least 2-3 full implementation cycles in a senior program lead or solution architect role on complex ZIP and/or GEP programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead opportunities qualification, discovery, solution strategy, estimation and executive presentations for complex digital procurement programs.
• Translate client priorities into transformation vision, target architecture, value case, roadmap and delivery model.
• Serve as lead Solution Architect for ZIP and/or GEP transformations across the S2P lifecycle, owning architecture decisions.
• Lead current-state and future-state design across intake, supplier onboarding, sourcing, contracting, risk, purchasing, invoicing, payments and analytics.
• Define the solution blueprint, including configuration, integrations, identity and access, data migration, and reporting.
• Evaluate AI capabilities to improve UX, decision-making, automation, insights and controls; identify risks.
• Facilitate design authority and architecture governance, manage trade-offs and avoid unnecessary customization.
• Lead programs through mobilization, design, build, testing, deployment, adoption and value realization.
• Maintain accountability for scope, quality, client experience and commercial performance across regions and vendors.
• Lead, coach and develop teams, contributing to sales, pipeline and account growth.
