Job summary

EY is seeking a Digital and AI Procurement Senior Manager / Solution Architect to lead Source-to-Pay technology solutions on ZIP and GEP platforms. You will unify procurement strategy, enterprise architecture, data and security into practical roadmaps and manage global programs from pursuit through deployment.

You will guide teams, shape architecture, and drive value realization across regions, collaborating with procurement and IT executives to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Deep functional and technical knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes, operating models, data, integrations, controls and technology architecture.
• Deep knowledge of ZIP and/or GEP, including platform capabilities, configuration concepts, integration patterns and AI-enabled functionality.
• At least 2-3 full implementation cycles in a senior program lead or solution architect role on complex ZIP and/or GEP programs.
• Experience leading global procurement transformations across multiple functions, regions and enterprise systems.
• Experience communicating with Procurement and IT stakeholders, from process owners and architects to C-suite sponsors.
• Demonstrated people leadership, including team development, performance coaching and accountability for delivery and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuits, own solution architecture and direct delivery of complex, AI-enabled procurement programs.
• Translate client priorities into a transformation vision, target architecture, value case and roadmap.
• Serve as lead Solution Architect for ZIP and/or GEP transformations across the S2P lifecycle.
• Lead current-state and future-state design across procurement processes and analytics.
• Define the solution blueprint including data migration, reporting and security considerations.
• Evaluate AI capabilities to improve user experience, decision-making and controls.
• Lead governance and architecture decisions across global teams and vendors.
• Manage mobilization, design, build, testing, deployment and value realization with governance.
• Maintain accountability for scope, quality, client experience and commercial performance.
