Job summary

EY is seeking a Digital and AI Procurement Senior Manager / Solution Architect to lead Source-to-Pay technology programs on ZIP and GEP platforms. You will align procurement strategy with enterprise architecture, guide global delivery, and drive value realization.

You will manage pursuit activity, define target architectures, and oversee architecture governance across regions, collaborating with Procurement and IT leaders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Deep functional and technical knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes, operating models, data, integrations, controls and technology architecture.
• Deep knowledge of ZIP and/or GEP, including platform capabilities, configuration concepts, integration patterns and AI-enabled functionality.
• At least 2-3 full implementation cycles in a senior program lead or solution architect role on ZIP and/or GEP programs.
• Experience architecting and delivering complex global procurement transformations across multiple functions and regions.
• Experience leading sales pursuits (solutions, roadmaps, proposals, workshops) and client presentations.
• Experience communicating with Procurement and IT stakeholders, from process owners to C-suite sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuits, own solution architecture and direct delivery of complex AI-enabled procurement programs.
• Translate client priorities into transformation vision, target architecture, value case and roadmap.
• Serve as lead Solution Architect for ZIP and/or GEP transformations across the S2P lifecycle.
• Lead current and future-state design across intake, onboarding, sourcing, contracting, risk, purchasing and analytics.
• Define the solution blueprint, including configuration, integrations, data migration and reporting.
• Evaluate AI capabilities to improve user experience, decision-making, automation and controls.
• Facilitate design authority and architecture governance, manage trade-offs and avoid excessive customization.
• Lead mobilization, design, build, testing, deployment, adoption and value realization with governance.
