Job summary

OpenGov is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Manager to serve as the primary operations partner to the Chief Revenue Officer.

This is an individual contributor role that blends deep sales operations analysis with chief of staff responsibilities: owning the metrics and reporting the sales organization runs on, keeping commitments and major initiatives on track, and preparing the CRO and the sales leadership team to make decisions quickly and with confidence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in sales operations or revenue analytics with upward progression.
• Experience supporting a SaaS go-to-market organization and forecasting.
• Experience partnering with a senior revenue executive and leading analysts.

Responsibilities

• Act as the operations partner to the Chief Revenue Officer and own the operating cadence.
• Own the metrics layer for the sales organization, including pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
• Run weekly forecast end to end and drive cross-functional initiatives to closure.
