Job summary

OpenGov is seeking a Senior Manager of Post Sales Operations in Chicago to lead the post-sales analytics and operational function across Professional Services, Customer Support, and Customer Success Engineering. You will manage a small team, own forecasting, capacity planning, and systems strategy, and drive AI-enabled workflows to optimize performance.

This hands-on role partners with Finance, HR, and R&D to translate targets into action, with a lean operating model and a focus on measurable

Qualifications

Minimum of four years in a revenue operations leadership role with upward progression.
Direct experience supporting Professional Services, Support, or post-sales in a SaaS model.
Demonstrated forecasting and financial planning against targets with measurable results.
Hands-on experience with margin management, capacity modeling, and headcount planning.
Proven track record leading systems implementations across PSA, CRM, and support platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a small team of operations contributors.
Act as internal consultant to Professional Services and Customer Solutions leadership.
Own services revenue forecasting, utilization, and backlog burn-down.
Manage Professional Services margin with rate realization and delivery mix.
Own capacity planning across delivery and support functions.
Lead systems strategy for PSA, CRM, and reporting platforms.
Design AI-enabled workflows for forecasting, reporting, and knowledge management.
Govern metrics definitions and lead a weekly/monthly/quarterly cadence.
