Job summary

OpenGov Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Post Sales Operations to lead the operational and analytical function for the full post-sales technical org, including Professional Services, Customer Support, and Customer Success Engineering.

You will manage a small team of operations contributors and own business consulting, financial performance, capacity planning, and systems strategy to keep the organization performing to plan.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a revenue operations leadership role with progression through analytics/finance.
• Experience supporting a Professional Services, Support, or post-sales org in a SaaS model.
• Ownership of forecasting, margin, and utilization targets with measurable outcomes.
• Strong systems implementation experience across PSA/CRM and BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of operations ICs, set priorities, review analyses, and manage performance.
• Partner with Professional Services and Customer Solutions leadership to frame problems and drive actions.
• Own operating rhythm: revenue forecasting, utilization, backlog burn-down, and targets.
• Manage services margin through rate realization, delivery mix, and margin variance analysis.
• Oversee capacity planning and resource modeling across delivery and support functions.
• Lead headcount planning with Talent Acquisition and ramp plans.
• Lead systems strategy across PSA (Rocketlane), CRM (Salesforce), and reporting (Looker/TextQL).
• Design and deploy AI-enabled workflows for forecasting, reporting, and knowledge management.
• Partner with Product/R&D on evolving services model and roadmap.
• Champion end-to-end customer experience with self-service enablement.
• Govern metrics layer with dashboards and cadence reporting.
• Lead month-end/quarter-end close for Professional Services within Revenue Ops.
• Define cross-functional handoffs and renewal signals.
• Provide pricing analytics support with Finance/Deal Desk.
• Lead enablement, playbooks, and change management for customer-facing teams.
• Tackle unscoped problems prioritizing business impact.
