Job summary

Nova Biomedical, a fast-growing global leader in scientific and analytical solutions, seeks a Project Manager II to own cross-functional initiatives and end-to-end delivery, including GxP-validated systems. Reporting to the VP of Corporate Projects and Communications, you will define scope, schedule, manage budgets, and mentor PMs while applying AI-assisted analytics for decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, life sciences, IT or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• End-to-end project leadership with budget ownership and vendor management.
• Fluent with Waterfall, Agile and hybrid methodologies.
• Experience in regulated industries; medical device preferred.
• GxP concepts including CSV and validation.
• PMP or equivalent certification; ongoing certification accepted.
• Strong AI-enabled PM practices with executive stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, Jira, MS Project or Asana.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation to stabilization, including validation.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across functional, technical, validation and training.
• Drive vendor selection, manage SOWs, and maintain executive relationships.
• Manage GxP validation lifecycle with IQ/OQ/PQ and inspection-ready docs.
• Prepare steering materials and decision packages for cross-functional decisions.
• Identify and mitigate program risks with named owners.
• Own project financials: budget, forecast, and actuals; track invoices.
• Mentor PM I peers and contribute to PMO knowledge base.
• Maintain FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485, IEC 62304, EU MDR familiarity.
