Job summary

Nova Biomedical seeks a Sr Manager, Data Platform Engineering to lead its data analytics and data science capability. The role focuses on building trusted enterprise insights while advancing predictive methods to enable business decisions and improve product performance.

The successful candidate will oversee analytics across enterprise domains, drive a modern data foundation, and supervise internal staff and external consultants. This is a high-impact senior leadership role in the Data & AI team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in data science, analytics, engineering, CS, or related field.
• 10+ years in analytics, BI, data science, and enterprise insight delivery.
• Experience leading analytics teams or programs.
• Strong skills in statistics, visualization, forecasting, model validation, and dashboards.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms and enterprise reporting environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead data science and analytics across priority domains (workforce, customer, product).
• Build and govern a roadmap for reporting, self-service analytics, data science, and advanced analytics use cases.
• Manage internal staff and external consultants, including data scientists and analysts.
• Set standards for analytics methods, dashboards, definitions, and model validation.
• Partner with leaders to identify high-value opportunities and translate questions into analytics work.
• Oversee forecasting, classification, optimization, anomaly detection, and experimentation.
