Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking a Senior AI Project Manager to lead AI-driven and IT initiatives across a growing portfolio. You will own end-to-end delivery, translate ambiguity into structured plans, and communicate with technical teams and C-suite stakeholders.

You’ll manage multiple workstreams, drive risk mitigation, and ensure governance with executive updates, using Workfront and SharePoint/Teams for collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management or technical IT experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Basic familiarity with AI tools and platforms (generative AI, automation, data pipelines, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Maintain ownership across multiple high-priority workstreams, serving as the primary point of accountability for project health.
• Facilitate solution development with SMEs and build comprehensive project plans and risk registers.
• Lead governance and reporting cadences: status meetings, standups, milestone reviews, exec updates.
• Collaborate with external IT, Security, Engineering, and QA; hold technical partners to timelines.
• Proficiency with Workfront and collaboration tools like SharePoint and Teams.
• Guide teams through shifting priorities, assess impacts, and drive alignment.
