Resilinc is hiring a Senior Digital Learning & AI Content Developer to build and scale a modern, AI-forward Academy for customers, partners, and internal teams. This hands-on role requires turning complex product and domain knowledge into clear, engaging digital learning content.

The ideal candidate will craft scripts, produce and edit videos, and improve assets using AI and multimedia tools, operating independently as a lean, solo function initially.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital learning, content development, or related roles.
• Experience creating digital learning content and multimedia assets.
• Proficient with AI tools for content creation and productivity.
