Qualtrics is seeking an Associate Instructional Designer to develop high‑engagement digital content, including e‑learning, video, and job aids. You will own end‑to‑end content delivery, from drafting and scripting to LMS entry and launch support, using AI to accelerate processes and ensure quality.

You will collaborate with SMEs, publish new training materials, and continuously improve content in a fast‑moving, globally distributed enablement team.

Competenze

• 4–5 years of experience in content development, technical writing or online instructional design.
• Hands‑on experience with Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline).
• Working knowledge of enablement/learning platforms (WorkRamp, Highspot, WhatFix or equivalent).
• Comfort designing in Canva or similar visual design tool.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in design, content or media workflows.

Mansioni

• Develop and launch digital content with just‑in‑time delivery across multiple modalities (e‑learning, video, job aids, in‑application guidance).
• Own end‑to‑end content lifecycle: entry into LMS, Beta launch, launch support and senior ID review.
• Use AI tools to accelerate drafting, scripting, media creation, and QA while applying instructional judgment.
• Interview SMEs and synthesize concepts; write course content including expository text, scripts, activities and assessments.
• Publicize new training content via internal/external channels; analyze course activity to guide refinements.
• Maintain and update the eLearning library with current features and XM methodologies.
• Research best practices for engaging digital learning and interactive content.
