Job summary

CNA is seeking an Insurance Operations Senior Product Owner to drive AI-enabled transformations across underwriting and operations. You will gather use cases, design prompts for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Google Gemini, and lead cross-functional teams through a disciplined prompt lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum five years as a Product Owner or equivalent in operations or underwriting.
Experience with insurance or finance products in operations or underwriting.
Proven track record with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Own and deliver AI enablement backlog with clear priorities.
Design, write, and maintain prompts for Copilot and Gemini.
Develop prompt evaluation rubrics and testing; run structured testing.
Lead cross-functional coordination for technology transitions.
Create change management and adoption plans.
