Job summary

Responsibilities include leading backlog refinement, sprint planning, and cross-functional coordination. You will also explore GenAI opportunities to improve workflows and user outcomes in insurance operations.

Qualifications

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into solution requirements and actionable tasks.
• Create Epics, Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and workflows.
• Facilitate workshops, process discussions, and requirement reviews.
• Lead agile ceremonies and collaborate with Scrum Masters and dev teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Product Backlog and ensure alignment with goals.
• Define and maintain roadmaps, release plans, and sprint objectives.
• Lead backlog refinement, story grooming, sprint planning and reviews.
• Prioritize product enhancements with stakeholders and ensure delivery.
• Partner with teams to ensure successful sprint execution.
