Qualifications

• Deep insurance domain knowledge spanning underwriting, claims, policy admin, and reinsurance.
• Strong product ownership: backlog, user stories, sprint planning, and release planning.
• Ability to articulate AI platform vision and business value.
• Experience with AI/GenAI and enterprise AI platforms for insurance use cases.
• Comfort translating complex insurance processes into platform requirements.
• Experience with enterprise data models, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance, data privacy, and risk management.
• MBA or CSPO or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize workstreams within the AI Agentic Platform.
• Define epics, stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specs reflecting insurance domain.
• Collaborate with architects, AI leads, engineering, and SMEs to align with regulatory needs.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews.
• Define KPIs and track platform adoption across business units.
• Support UAT planning, defect triage, and sign-off for releases.
• Facilitate workshops and demos to gather business input and drive adoption.
• Maintain product roadmap aligned with delivery timelines.
• Ensure features comply with governance and risk frameworks.
• Drive change management and training for successful deployment.
