You will ground decisions in user feedback and product data, own the backlog, and communicate progress to leadership. The role emphasizes AI-enabled workflows and requires in-office presence four days a week.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in product management or ownership.
• 4 years in the insurance industry with workflows like submissions, quoting, binding, or policy administration.
• Deep understanding of product management and related areas such as technology delivery and insurance operations.
• Strong communication skills; ability to explain trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences.
• AI-savvy; habit of using AI tools in day-to-day product tasks.
• Experience leading workstreams and managing timelines with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to roadmap prioritization with product leadership and business stakeholders.
• Distill insurance business needs into focused technical strategies.
• Design complete solutions to defined business challenges.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner daily with engineering and design to deliver roadmap items on time and with quality.
• Lead sprint planning, refinement, and review activities.
• Develop procedures to improve controls, consistency, and delivery quality.
