Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for GTM Technology to lead cross-functional programs across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance. You will ensure plans are well coordinated and delivered on time in an AI-enabled environment.

You’ll own end-to-end lead-to-cash initiatives, align teams on scope and milestones, and surface risks early while communicating program health to executives. This is a fast-growing, AI-native company.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program management experience delivering cross-functional GTM systems.
• Experience leading at least one quote-to-cash, CRM, CPQ, or billing program end to end.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Comfort with ambiguity and applying AI-enabled approaches.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of lead-to-cash programs from planning through launch and retrospective.
• Align cross-functional teams on scope, sequencing, and milestones for CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, and CPQ.
• Coordinate delivery across GTM systems and integrations teams to keep programs on plan.
• Surface risks, dependencies, and trade-offs early, driving decisions with owners.
• Provide leadership updates on program health with concise written reports.
• Contribute to shared, AI-enabled program practices to accelerate delivery.
