Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Principal AI & Integrated Solutions Architect for Financial Services in the Regulated Industries team. You will lead agentic AI architectures across strategic FS accounts, framing problems with C-level stakeholders, building prototypes, and handing off to partners for production.

You’ll collaborate with executives, architects, and delivery teams to scale solutions, ensure governance, and share reusable assets across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Engineering or MIS.
• Relational databases and ERP technologies knowledge.
• Strong oral, written, presentation, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied environments.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead agentic AI architecture on strategic accounts, run discovery and assess current/future-state architecture.
• Build working prototypes and proof-of-value assets using customer data.
• Deliver engagement models and scalable governance for enterprise deployments.
• Package architecture, data dictionaries, and process maps for production handoff.
• Advise executives on FS outcomes, aligning designs with regulatory and risk constraints.
• Mentor architects and account teams, sharing reusable assets across engagements.
