Productboard, an AI-first SaaS company, is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to join our Go-To-Market team in San Francisco. You will be the most technical presence in a sales cycle, driving discovery, architecting solutions, running PoCs, and ensuring customer success.

You’ll translate field insights into product priorities, collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing, and influence the roadmap.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineering role at a B2B SaaS company.

Responsibilities

• Be the most technical presence in complex sales cycles, driving discovery, PoCs, and customer success.
• Synthesize field insights into product intelligence to shape roadmaps and integration strategies.
• Represent Productboard as a technical voice at events and with executive audiences.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to translate customer needs into actionable outcomes.
