Job summary

Aircall is seeking a Director of Forward Deployed Engineering & AI GTM Lead to own the technical execution and go-to-market for Aircall’s AI Communication Agent. This leader will scale the FDE team while staying engaged with customer-facing work, ensuring consistent, high-quality deployments.

Operating across Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Support, the role translates field learnings into product and GTM evolution, shaping Aircall’s AI market strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• Strong technical foundation with hands-on APIs, integrations, and data-driven systems.
• Ability to code in at least one language (e.g., Python or JavaScript).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, translating between technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Forward Deployed Engineering team from 3 to 7–8 by H1 2026.
• Provide technical guidance during active customer engagements and strategic initiatives.
• Drive AI Agents go-to-market execution with cross-functional collaboration across Sales, AM, SE, Partners, and CEs.
• Define KPIs to assess performance and accelerate AI Agent adoption.
• Maintain technical credibility by staying close to product and real-world use cases.
