Job summary

Productboard seeks an experienced Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to join the Go-To-Market team. You will be the most technical presence in sales cycles, driving discovery, PoCs, and integration work to demonstrate value and shape product direction.

You will also synthesize field feedback to inform the roadmap and build scalable PoC frameworks, while representing Productboard at events and engaging executive customers globally.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineering role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Hands-on ability to configure, integrate, and prototype live solutions in front of customers.
• Proven ability to drive complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead deep technical discovery and align core platform and Spark capabilities to customer objectives.
• Own PoCs in live environments, validate API and architecture fit, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Build field insights and scale PoC frameworks and technical playbooks.
