Job summary

You will shape enterprise frameworks, collaborate with business partners, and ensure scalable solutions while balancing speed, cost, and risk in a dynamic health-tech environment.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of relevant work experience (8+ years in architecture).
- ~10+ years of experience building large scale business applications using modern technologies and architecture.
- ~10+ years of experience designing complex integrations with a focus on performance, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- ~8+ years of experience with modern languages, frameworks, and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Define roadmaps, architectures, standards, and starter code references to accelerate delivery.
- Evaluate market trends and conduct buy-vs-build decisions impacting business outcomes.
- Define future state architecture for AI, APIs, data stores, cloud infra and microservices.
- Mentor engineers and ensure non-functional requirements (performance, security, availability) are met.
