Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant work experience, 8+ years in architecture.
• 10+ years building large-scale business apps with modern tech.
• 10+ years designing complex API/microservices integrations.
• 8+ years with modern languages and frameworks.
• 6+ years mentoring delivery teams on north star architectures.
• Expert understanding of architectural governance and patterns.
• Experience with AI/ML/Agentic AI and cloud data platforms.
• Excellent collaboration, negotiation, and coaching skills.
• Strong ability to influence strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define roadmaps, architectures, standards and starter code to accelerate delivery.
• Evaluate market trends and cost impact on business outcomes.
• Define future state architecture for AI, APIs, cloud, and microservices.
• Collaborate with tech and business partners to adopt modern architectures.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to engineers and stakeholders.
• Ensure non-functional requirements like performance, availability and security.
• Participate in high-level estimation.
• Mentor junior architects and pursue continuous improvements.
