CVS Health is seeking a highly experienced Architect/Engineer to lead the design and delivery of scalable AI-enabled health tech solutions. You will shape roadmaps, set architectural standards and mentor a team of engineers across cloud, microservices and data platforms.

You will collaborate with business partners to ensure alignment with strategic goals, drive cost-effective decisions, and ensure robust non-functional requirements across the software stack.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of relevant work experience including architecture leadership.
• 10+ years building large-scale business apps with modern tech.
• 10+ years designing complex integrations focusing on performance and loose coupling.
• 8+ years of experience with modern languages, frameworks, and technologies.
• 6+ years mentoring delivery teams on north star architectures and POCs.

Aufgaben

• Define and collaborate on roadmaps, architectures and starter code to accelerate delivery for AI-focused initiatives.
• Evaluate market trends and cost/benefit to inform buy vs. build decisions.
• Define future-state architecture for AI, APIs, data stores, cloud services and microservices.
• Collaborate with technology and business partners to optimize apps and systems.
• Develop a strategic vision to support CVS Health platform capabilities and drive business value.
• Create frameworks to promote reuse, reduce cost, and accelerate time-to-market.
• Guide engineers and stakeholders on architecture and design decisions.
• Ensure non-functional requirements like performance, availability and security are met.
