Publicis Groupe in Chicago seeks a Manager, Digital Product Management – AI Orchestration to accelerate AI-driven transformations for Strategy, Data, Media and Experience Design teams. You will help build and mature a bespoke AI platform, delivering agents and workflows that boost efficiency.

You’ll collaborate with engineers and SMEs to translate business needs into technical requirements, staying current on generative AI and MarTech trends. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in technology roles supporting cross-functional teams in Agile.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, ML, or related tech.
• Familiarity with MarTech platforms and digital advertising tech.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable technical plans.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to adapt to risk, change, and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams to deliver AI solutions for agency units.
• Participate in discovery and delivery of AI-powered projects.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to develop agents and workflows.
• Create agents and orchestrations with SMEs and engineers.
• Lead intake, planning, and delivery processes for scalable impact.
• Represent the AI team to partners and clients.
• Support build, rollout, training, and maintenance processes.
