Job summary

Jobgether SRL, partnering with a US-based firm, seeks a Senior Agentic Demand Generation Manager to build an AI-enabled demand channel from the ground up. You will identify high-value audiences, run experiments, and own early-stage programs with high autonomy across channels.

You will collaborate with Marketing AI and Analytics specialists to define data, scoring, automation, and AI capabilities, and measure incremental pipeline and revenue impact.

Qualifications

• Experience building a B2B demand gen or growth channel from ground up with measurable results.
• Hands-on with go-to-market technologies including data, enrichment platforms, automation tools, and AI-enabled outbound solutions.
• Strong ability to generate engagement among senior business buyers and to translate activity into pipeline impact.
• Proven use of experimentation, segmentation, and data to improve marketing outcomes; independent judgment to drive business impact.

Responsibilities

• Build an AI-enabled demand generation channel from the ground up with defined audiences and signals.
• Develop data, scoring, automation, and AI capabilities to support the program.
• Evaluate platforms and decide to buy, build, or combine solutions for scalable infrastructure.
• Execute outreach programs and test messaging, offers, channels, and cadences; scale successful approaches.
