Job summary

Fullpath is seeking a hands-on Customer Insights Team Lead to turn complex data into meaningful customer and business insights. You will use SQL to drive analyses, translate findings into narratives, and support customer strategy and go-to-market initiatives.

You will report to the AVP of Client Strategy and collaborate with the Business Data Analyst team to deliver actionable recommendations and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience turning analyses into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with SQL to extract and analyze data from large databases.
• Understanding of marketing KPIs and digital advertising.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the AVP of Client Strategy to prioritize projects and support customer initiatives.
• Lead complex data analyses related to customer strategy, marketing performance, ROI, and growth.
• Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data with accuracy and data quality.
• Translate analytical findings into clear insights, narratives, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and customers.
• Support customer presentations, QBRs, and strategic initiatives with trends and recommendations.
• Guide Business Data Analysts and establish best practices, prioritizing requests and resources.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and analytics processes.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Operations, and other teams to support objectives.
• Stay current on AI and emerging tech to improve workflows.
